About iTax

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

History

iTax Property Tax Appeal Services is the brain-child of Seth D. Lubin, Esq, a 28 year member of the Florida Bar who has been practicing in the property tax field since 1990. Although Mr. Lubin has a successful Property Tax practice in Broward County, FL, when he was approached by Jeff Ewing, former Residential Appeals Division Coordinator with the Broward County Property Appraiser's office, with the idea of servicing property owners on the West Coast of Florida, he knew that iTax was the perfect vehicle to help those property owners.

With Seth Lubin and Jeff Ewing, property owners on Florida's West Coast have the best of both worlds - a former property appraiser and a Florida licensed attorney to assist in their tax savings pursuits.
